libalberta2 software package provides Adaptive finite element library (shared libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalberta2
libalberta2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalberta2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalberta2 *
You will get with libalberta2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
